Wrist Hot or Cold Heat Wrap is a wrist warmer for hot and cold therapy.

The price is for one heated wrist wrap. Some customers want a second matching wrist wrap, so we have created a matching wrap (pictured in last photo). If you would like two matching wrist wraps, just choose a quantity of two before selecting the 'add to cart' button'.

This 'slip on' therapy pack fits around your arm and delivers warm moist heat to hand, wrist and arm muscles. The inside is made of soft fleece, and it is constructed with 8 separate pockets for men and 6 for women of rice and flax for even distribution.

Just 1-2 minutes in the microwave delivers 30+ minutes of warm, moist heat. A few hours in the freezer can cool down wrist and hand when needed. Shade of solid fleece backing may vary depending on availability.
